When will my order ship?
All orders are processed in the order they’re received. You’ll get an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard delivery for all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Back-ordered items may experience additional delays, but you’ll be notified as soon as they are on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we try to ship where we can.
What happens if my item is back-ordered?
Back-ordered products will ship as soon as they restock. You’ll receive an email update when the item has shipped. Please expect possible delays on back-ordered items.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes after checkout, contact us immediately. We can only modify orders that haven’t been shipped yet.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused, unwashed items within the return window. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. (You can modify this later when your policies are finalized.)
