Shipping Policy

At 29° North, we aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
• During product drops, peak seasons, or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard delivery on all orders. Actual delivery times vary based on destination, carrier workload, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (U.S. orders)
Delays may occur, especially on back-ordered or high-demand items.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Back-Ordered Items

Certain items may be marked as back-ordered or made-to-order.
• These products may require additional fulfillment time.
• Your order will ship as soon as the product becomes available.

By purchasing a back-ordered item, you acknowledge that shipping delays may occur.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international regions.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional border charges.
These fees are not included at checkout and vary by country.

International delivery times are longer and may be impacted by customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
29° North is not responsible for:
• Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses
• Lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

29° North is not liable for:
• Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
• Stolen packages
• Damage caused during transit

If an issue occurs, we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations
